New builds will receive a prorated Garbage and Mosquito bill. Currently, the rates are $210.00 for garbage and $25.00 for mosquito for a full year. This bill is issued from the date of the Certificate of Occupancy. New builds are prorated for part of a year and placed on taxes thereafter.
